The Community Learning Space for WRAC is designed to provide an up-to-date, interactive and searchable site that can be accessed from home, businesses, government, agencies, libraries, resource centres and community access points.

Human Resources Development Canada (HRDC) provided funding for this project. The information was gathered by the the Waterloo Regional Arts Council. The Computer Systems Group at the University of Waterloo has developed the software that supports this site.
